The widely reported adverse effects of synthetic ingredients encourage the development green cosmeceuticals to achieve Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3. waste product mangosteen (mangosteen peel) was utilized in formulation reduce production corresponding SDG 12, addition its anti-aging and pigmentation control effects. This study aimed formulate evaluate novel herbal face creams containing standardized peel extract. were formulated using natural evaluated for their organoleptic characteristics, rheology, spreadability pH. Furthermore, an accelerated stability study, freeze–thaw centrifugation test conducted. In addition, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging assays conducted assess antioxidant effects, whereas tyrosinase inhibitory assay determine anti-tyrosinase activity. appeared light yellowish-brown homogenous without phase separation. displayed shear-thinning behavior optimal pH which ideal topical application. stable after being subjected various tests shown have conclusion, mangosteen-based cosmeceutical cream is line with 3 12.
